The overall frame structure is crafted from high-quality aluminum alloy material, with a surface covered in an anodized layer that is resistant to acid, alkali, and corrosion, ensuring high strength and durability.

This new version features a reinforced alloy frame that is twice as thick as the previous model, significantly improving its working load capacity and prolonging its service life. The frame is equipped with fixing holes for securing it with screws, enhancing its stability and measurement accuracy.

The movable screw and handle are made of high-carbon steel, offering high strength and resistance to bending or deformation during normal use. The clamp part is constructed from aluminum alloy, with a soft nylon plastic pad covering the surface to protect the barrel from abrasion and scratches.

The unilateral sliding clamping design simplifies the structure and makes the operation more convenient, reducing the risk of abrasion and scratches on the barrel surface compared to a bilateral sliding clamping design.

The circular adjustable base has a straightforward and practical structure, with a rotating and lifting design that ensures stability during use. Laser-marked metric scales on the push block allow for accurate horizontal positioning of the slide.

The soft nylon plastic pads on the clamps and push blocks that contact the barrel help to protect it from abrasion and scratches. We also include a spare nylon plastic pad in the package.

The unique viewing windows on the left and right sides of the thruster, flush with the upper edge of the fixture, enable precise monitoring during the adjustment of the slide rail height.

The handle is removable and replaceable, allowing it to be substituted with a wrench or socket tool. The integrated base design, without screws, provides a more stable platform for rotation and height adjustment.
